History & Experience:

Raised in a small town in Upstate New York - Schaghticoke - I learned that a handshake meant more than a signature. My father owned a Professional Land Surveying business and working with him on the jobsite and in the office from a young age I was offered a unique lens that well executed construction and development projects started long before a nail was put down. It started with the consultation of the right people, investigation and research for the best outcome specific to a situation or site, and well thought out planning prior to laying groundwork. Prior to beginning a customer service driven construction management business - I had worked 10+ years in luxury residential real estate development in Boston Massachusetts. Founded in 2025 - Evan Holbritter Contracting has completed many residential construction projects throughout Massachusetts.

Residential construction projects and renovations are much more than building materials and crews who carefully assemble them. It is the process to actively improve or better someone’s life and to enhance their quality of living. To enter someone’s life requires an immense amount of trust. Our philosophy is focused to cater to and act as a steward during the design and construction process to allow our clients to spend their time as they please. Our construction management firm takes a lot of pride in the relationship with the customer - knowing we have left a space better than we found it, and designed and constructed with intent.
